Steinway & Sons' Legendary Pianos Tour
Steinway & Sons is offering music lovers everywhere the rare opportunity to play the legendary pianos of several of the world's finest pianists as this tour travels throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, China and Japan.
The Steinway & Sons' Legendary Pianos Tour showcases three remarkable pianos. The first, Vladimir Horowitz's concert grand, crafted in the early 1940's, which accompanied him on his historic 1986 tour of Russia and was played by him on his final album, Horowitz, The Last Recording. The second, a concert grand personally owned and played extensively by Van Cliburn. The third, a brilliant-blue 7-foot Rhapsody artcase piano designed in American art-deco style by internationally acclaimed furniture designer Frank Pollaro to commemorate the 100th anniversary of composer George Gershwin's birth.
You are cordially invited to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become a part of the living history of music by playing these legendary pianos. Steinway & Sons will also present you with a special keepsake certificate as a reminder of your involvement in this event.
The tour is currently underway and is scheduled to continue travelling
to cities around the U.S. through the end of 2008. Please contact your nearest

From time to time the specific pianos on the legendary tour may change. For the exact pianos currently on the Legendary Tour, contact the local Steinway Dealership.
